Pride Parade Dublin 29 June 2019: Service diversions

We wish to advise customers travelling to/from Dublin this weekend that a number of services will be diverted due to the Dublin Pride Parade on Saturday, 29 June 2019.

The following services are affected by the closure of Parnell Square East, Merrion Square East and Fitzwilliam St Upper

Route 101: Services to Dublin from first service will be unable to operate via O’Connell St., but instead, will operate via Gardiner St.
From 15:00 departure onwards, services departing Drogheda revert to Normal Route

Route 103: Services to Dublin from first service will be unable to operate via O’Connell St/Townsend St., but instead, will operate via Gardiner St. From 15:22 departure onwards, services departing Ratoath revert to Normal Route

Route 109: Services to Dublin from first service will be unable to operate via O’Connell St., but instead, will operate via Gardiner St.
From 15:10 departure onwards, services departing Kells revert to Normal Route

Route 109B: Services to Dublin from first service will be unable to operate via O’Connell St., but instead, will operate via Gardiner St.
From 14:50 departure onwards, services departing Trim revert to Normal Route

Route 109X: Services to Dublin from first service will be unable to operate via O’Connell St., but instead, will operate via Gardiner St.
From 14:45 departure onwards, services departing Cavan revert to Normal Route

Route 111: Services to Dublin from first service will be unable to operate via O’Connell St., but instead, will operate via Gardiner St.
From 14:45 departure onwards, services departing Athboy revert to Normal Route

Route NX: Services to Dublin from first service will be unable to operate via O’Connell St., but instead, will operate via Gardiner St.
From 15:00 departure onwards, services departing Navan revert to Normal Route
Services will operate to Wilton Terrace from Merrion Square West, Ely Place, Hume St, Leeson St onto Wilton Terrace

Route 2: Services to Dublin from 04:00 to 18:30 will operate via Nutley Lane, Merrion Road, Ballsbridge onto Merrion Sq.
Services to Wexford between 06:00 and 21:00 will divert via Ballsbridge, Merrion Rd and Nutley Lane.

The following services will be affected by rolling closures along the parade route between 12.00 and 15.30:

Routes 4/X4, X8, X12, 20/X20, 22, 23, 115, 120, 126
During rolling closures, where these services cannot access south quays westbound, they will divert via the port tunnel. Similarly, when services entering the city will be unable to proceed along their normal route will be diverted via the port tunnel.

Route 100X: Services to Dublin will be unable to proceed past Memorial Bridge and so will divert via Drumcondra and terminate at Busáras.
Services to Dundalk will depart from Custom House Quays or Busáras Gate 15 as closures dictate

Route 103: Services to Ratoath will commence from Dublin Bus Stop 496 (between Busáras and Custom House Building) when access to Beresford Place from Butt Bridge is closed.

Route 133: Services to Wicklow will be unable to proceed past Memorial Bridge and so will divert via Drumcondra, pick up at Busáras, and exit the city via the East Link Bridge, Rock Road, Merrion Ave, re-joining route at Talbot Hotel Stillorgan Stop.
Airport Bound Services to follow the same diversion.

Route NX: Services to Navan will be instructed to commence from Dublin Bus Stop 496 (between Busáras and Custom House Building) when access to Beresford Place from Butt Bridge is closed.

Route 2: Services to Wexford will be unable to proceed past Memorial Bridge and so will divert via Drumcondra, pick up at Busáras, and exit the city via the East Link Bridge, Rock Road, Merrion Ave, re-joining route at Talbot Hotel Stillorgan Stop.
Airport Bound Services to follow the same diversion.
