🔹Route 212🔹

ROAD CLOSURE – ROUTE 212 Monday 5 January 2026 – Friday 6TH February 2026 (24 hr Closure)

Maryville / Cork City Council have advised of the following road closure.

Road Closure in place between 09:00hrs on Monday the 5th of January and 18:00hrs on Friday the 06th of February from its junction with the Blackrock Road to its junction with Monahan Road to facilitate large scale ESB Ducting updates. As a result Route 212 will operate via Blackrock Road for the duration of the closure and will not serve Maryville.


🔹Route 215🔹

ROADWORKS – KILLEENS - Monday 02/02/2026 for 12 weeks approx.

Customers are advised that due to roadworks in Killeens the 215 service will operate the following diversion:

Towards Blarney, passengers are advised to use Gateway stop 213541 by Northpoint and a temporary stop opposite Killeens flyover in place of Stop ID: 212611

Towards Cork, passengers are advised that a temporary Killeens stop will be in place on the N20 slip. Passengers who usually use the Gateway stop will need to use Mallow Rd Junction stop 213551 on the New Mallow Rd.


Inbound stops 213531 213541will not be served
Out bound stops 213281 213291 will not be served


🔷Route 206 & 219🔷

Customers are advised of a road closure in place on South Douglas Road from Thursday 29th of January at 19:00 until Friday 30th of January at 06:00.

As a result, Route 206 services outbound from South Mall to Grange will operate on a diversion route via Southern Road and Tramore Lawn, not serving stops 252821, 230091, 241631, 240931, 241661, 240941 & 241101.

Route 206 services inbound from Grange to South mall will operate on a diversion route via Rathmore lawn & Southern Road, not serving stops 240841, 240851, 240861, 240871, 240881 & 240891.

Route 219 services outbound from MTU to Mahon Point will operate on a diversion route via Southern Road and Tramore Lawn, not serving stops 252821, 230091, 241631, 240931, 241661, 240941 & 241101.

Route 219 services inbound from Mahon Point to MTU will operate as per normal route.

>>> Routes NV1 and NV2 Permanent Bus-Stop Relocation from Monday 8th December (Removal of Kennedy Road stops and new stops on Paddy O’Brien St)

We wish to advise customers travelling on routes NV1 and NV2 of the following change to the drop-off and pick-up bus-stop on Kennedy Road in Navan Town.

Routes NV1 and NV2 will operate to/from new bus-stops on Paddy O’Brien St. These changes will become active from Monday 8th December 2025.

Due to planned roadworks, the outbound Route 174 service from Dundalk (Bus Station) to Grange Drive will be diverted daily from 12th January to 31st January between 09:00 and 17:00.

>>> Route 168 Disruption 08/02/2026

Please note that there will be a disruption to services in the Eastern Region on Sunday, 8th February 2026, due to the annual 5km road race in Clogherhead.

As a result, the following services on Route 168 (Dundalk–Drogheda) will be affected and will divert at Hacketts Cross, operating via Callystown and Rath Road before rejoining the R166 in both directions:

Affected services:
•10:45 and 12:45 Drogheda to Dundalk
•10:45 Dundalk to Drogheda

Stops not in service:
•Drogheda to Dundalk:
        Stop 108651 – Clogher, Main Street

•Dundalk to Drogheda:
        Stop 108681 – Clogher Village (Southbound)

Hacketts Cross stops (St Michael’s Church and opposite):
Passengers travelling to Hacketts Cross should board at the junction of Hacketts Cross and Callystown Road.
