Bus Stop Closure Due to Roadworks/Cattle Underpass 
Please be advised that, due to roadworks on R665-38, Knocknamuck, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork, the following bus stops will not be served from 08:00 on 10 August until 17:00 on 14 August:

•256071 Ballyporeen
•351241 Clogheen
•351221 Clogheen
•250101 Ardfinnan
•250131 Ardfinnan

Passengers are advised to use the nearest available bus stop during this period and to allow additional time for their journey.
Normal service is expected to resume from 17:00 on 14 August, subject to the completion of the works.

Due to roadworks, Routes 202 and 202A are currently unable to serve Beaumont Drive in both directions.

Youghal Summerfest Road Closure

Sunday, 9 August 2026 | 07:30hrs to 16:00hrs (approx.)


To facilitate the Youghal Summerfest Event, Cork County Council has advised that a road closure will be in place within Youghal town from 07:30hrs until approximately 16:00hrs on Sunday, 9 August 2026.

As a result, Route 40 and Route 260 services will operate on diversion during this period.

Inbound Services (towards Cork)

Buses will operate via:

· Main Street / Tallow Street as normal to Cork Hill junction
· Right onto Cork Hill
· Left onto New Line
· Right at Summerfield Cross onto the R634
· Then resume normal route towards Cork

Temporary Stops:

· Route 40 and Route 260 will serve temporary bus stops at the base of Cork Hill.
· Route 40 passengers may also use Route 260 bus stops at Summerfield Cross.

Outbound Services (from Cork)

Buses will operate via:

· Normal route to Summerfield Cross on the R634
· Left onto New Line
· Right onto Cork Hill
· Left onto Main Street / Tallow Street
· Then resume normal route

Temporary Stops:

· Route 40 passengers may also use Route 260 bus stops at Summerfield Cross.


🔹Route 212🔹

To facilitate road works on Church Road there will be a diversion in place for duration of road works:

Stop: 248171 Dundanion Court

Cannot be served, please use an alternative stop

*Centre Park Road Closure - 4 August - 30 October 2026*

Due to a 24-hour road closure on Centre Park Road to facilitate road works, Route 212 will operate via Monahan Road for the duration of the works.
Customers are advised to use the nearest available stops on Monahan Road, as buses will not serve Centre Park Road during this period.

Services are unable to serve stop 215621 in Goleen Village until 31st August

>>> Roadworks on Cornagrade Rd in Enniskillen affecting route 30 from Friday 31st July 2026 for 6 weeks
 
We wish to advise customers travelling on our services that roadworks on Cornagrade Rd in Enniskillen will affect route 30 from Friday 31st July for 6 weeks. Traffic restrictions will be in place each weekday from 09:30 to 16:30.
 
A stop & go system will be in place, but traffic congestion is expected leading up to 30 minutes delays at times.
 
Passengers are advised to plan their journeys in advance and allow extra time, as delays are expected due to road closures.

Roadworks on Hill Street Bridge (R132) in Dundalk will affect routes 100X, 168, 174 and 174B until Monday 24th August 2026.

The closure will take place until Monday 31st August.

From Tuesday 04/08/2026 at 04:00 AM

Routes 103, 105 and 109A

We wish to advise customers travelling on routes 103, 105 and 109A of the permanent relocation of the following bus stop: Jamestown, Ratoath (Ballybin Roundabout) - Stop 101231.

The bus stop will be permanently relocated a few meters ahead to facilitate the boarding and alighting of passengers after the new roads layout.

The previous location will be closed permanently on Monday 03/08/2026 at 11:30 PM and the new bus stop will be operational on Tuesday 04/08/2026 at 04:00 AM.

Due to road closures between Athboy and Kildalkey from Tuesday, 04.08.2026, to facilitate roadworks, a shuttle (shunter) bus will operate for passengers travelling to or from Kildalkey.
Passengers wishing to transfer should be directed to the Trim Lidl stop, where the shuttle bus will connect with the scheduled service in both directions.

We wish to advise customers travelling on our services that roadworks on N55 (between Ballykeeran and Ballymahon) will affect route 466 from Tuesday 4th August to Friday 4th September 2026.

The road closure will be in place from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00, with the road remaining open outside these hours.

Routes 401, 402, 404, 405, 407
Due to the Streets of Galway 8km taking place in Galway City on Saturday 8th of August 2026, rolling road closures are in place between 19:00 & 20:00. Diversions will be in place affecting Routes 401, 402, 404, 405 & 407 during these hours. 


Route 64
Due to the Old Fair Day taking place in Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo, road closures are in place on Saturday the 8th of August and Wednesday 12th August, 2026. 

As a result, a temporary bus stop for Route 64 will be located on the N17 (Circular Road) just north of the Supervalu supermarket car park for northbound services and north of the rear entrance to Supervalu for southbound services.

Westmeath County Council are undertaking roadworks along the N55, from 8:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, from 4th August 2026 until 4th September 2026. As a result, the stops at Glasson (557741 & 557711) will not be served during these hours.
