Service disruption South Region Wednesday 19.02.2025

Route 214:

Irish Rail have advised that due to rail replacement services, the Bus Shelter in Kent Station heading to Glyntown/Knockraha will not be accessible at the following times:

• Wednesday, 19th February from 19:45hrs to 00:00.

Route 214 should serve Bus Stop 244461 on Lower Glanmire Road (Opp. Kent Station) for duration of closures.


Route 214 & 216:

South Main Street will be closed to traffic from Monday, 20th January, to Sunday, 2nd March, 2025, inclusive.

Route 214 ex Knockraha/Glyntown will operate as follows:

• Kent Station - Clontarf Street - Terence McSweeney Quay - Anglesea Street - South Terrace - Sullivan’s Quay.
• Temporary bus stops: Clontarf Street; Anglesea Street (City Hall) and Sullivan’s Quay
• Route 214 ex CUH is not affected.

Route 216 ex Monkstown will operate as follows:
• George’s Quay, continuing ahead to Sullivan’s Quay & Frenches Quay and as per normal route.
• Temporary bus stop: Sullivan’s Quay
• Services ex CUH are not affected.

*** WEST & NORTHWEST REGION ***


>> Route 350

Due to a road closure on the R77, Route 350 will operate with the following diversion in place from Monday, 6th January until Friday, 14th March.

Route 350 will divert between Ballyvaughan and Lisdoonvarna via the N67.

Route 350C will operate a shuttle bus service up to 4 times per day along the R477 between Ballyvaughan and Lisdoonvarna. 



*** EAST & SOUTHEAST REGION ***

>> Roadworks in Dublin City affecting routes 101, 103, 109X and NX from Monday 24th February 2025 until Tuesday 4th March 2025

We wish to advise customers travelling on our services that upcoming roadworks on Western Way and Abbey Street Lower in Dublin City will affect routes 101, 103, 109X and NX from Monday 24th February 2025 until Tuesday 4th March 2025 as it follows:

> Lower Abbey Street Closure (Feb 25th to 27th)
•Time: 01:00am to 05:00am
•Affected Service: Route 101 (Outbound to Busaras)
•Diversion: Service will divert via Gardiner Street to Busaras. The O’Connell Street stop will not be served; passengers should use the Busaras stop as an alternative.

> Route NX Service (Feb 25th to 27th)
•Time: 00:00, 00:30, and 00:35
•Affected Stop: Abbey Street (Irish Life)
•Alternative Stop: O’Connell Street
•Diversion: From O’Connell Street, the service will divert via D’Olier Street and Townsend Street to Westland Row.

> Western Way Roadworks (Feb 24th to Mar 4th)
•Time: 7:30pm to 6:00am (excluding weekends)
•Traffic System: Stop/go traffic management in place.
•Expected Delays: Route 103, NX, and 109X services may experience delays during this period due to off-peak roadworks.

>> Roadworks in Balkingly, Wellington bridge affecting route 370 from Tuesday 18th February until Wednesday 19th February

Please be advised about potential delays to this service.



>> Roadworks in Bray affecting route 131 from Tuesday 17th December 2024 until Friday 14th March 2025

We wish to advise customers travelling on our services that resurfacing roadworks on Quinsborough Road in Bray will affect route 131 from Tuesday 17th December 2024 until Friday 14th March 2025.
The following stop will not be served:
• Bray: Train Station (stop 4169)
Alternative stop:
• Methodist Church (4170)
