Road Closure College Road

From: 20:00 Thursday 15/10/2026

Until: 04:00 Friday 16/10/26


Cork City Council have advised, that due to pipe relining works, College Road will be closed to traffic during the above timeframe. Therefore, route 205 will not be able to serve the following stops while operating on diversion:

205 towards MTU:

· 241731 UCC Donovan’s Road

· 241741 UCC Boole Library

· 241751 UCC Food Science

· 241951 Bon Secours Hospital

· 241761 UCC Brookfield

· 241771 Orchard Road


205 towards City Centre and Kent Train Station:

Customers may use bus stops on the diversion along Western Road and Victoria Cross Road.

To facilitate road resurfacing works on South Main Street routes 214 and 216 will not be able to serve the following stops while operating on diversion:

216 towards University Hospital (CUH)

Due to emergency works, Route 270 will be unable to service Ballydehob, From Monday morning 12th October 2026 to Friday evening 16th October 2026. Daytime closure only from 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs.
