🔹Route 220🔹

Road Closure Maryborough Hill Road

From 20:00 on Friday 24 July until 07:00 on Saturday 25 July 2026, Route 220 services will operate on diversion due to roadworks and the closure of Maryborough Hill Road.

The following stops will not be served:

246981 – Please use Douglas East Village (231941) – Carrigaline bound.
245321 – Please use The Borough (242121) – Carrigaline bound.
245331 – Please use The Borough (242121) – Carrigaline bound.
231291 – Please use The Borough (246001) – Douglas/Cork bound.
232821 – Please use The Borough (246001) – Douglas/Cork bound.

Passengers travelling to or from Lower Maryborough Hill should use Route 216 during the closure.

Road Closure Maryborough Hill Road - 24/07/26 20:00 – 25/07/26 07:00

Due to a road closure a diversion will be in place, the bus will divert from Maryborough woods along Rochestown Road for duration of works.

For passengers going to/boarding/alighting on Garyduff Road please use the 220 Service.

08 July 2026 – 29 July 2026 (24 Hour Closure)
Due to roadworks on Knockpogue Avenue, Routes 203 and 201 will operate on diversion for the duration of the works.
The following stops will not be served:

211721 – Farranree Church
242421 – Scoil Iosagain
242431 – Upper Fairhill
242441 – Eir Churchfield

Temporary bus stops will be in operation at:

End of Popham's Road
Fairfield Avenue / Upper Fairhill Junction

Inbound services are not affected.


🔹Route 208🔹
Old Youghal Road

20 July 2026 to 24 July 2026

Please be advised that a road closure will be in place on Old Youghal Road, from its junction with Dillons Cross to its junction with Gordon's Hill, from 08:00 on Monday 20/07/2026 until 18:00 on Friday 24/07/2026.

Bus Stop Closure
Due to this road closure, we will be unable to serve:
· Stop: 289981 - Dillons Cross

Services are unable to serve stop 215621 in Goleen Village until 31st August

Please use the alternative bus stop at Emily’s Garden when buses are unable to access this stop 215621.
Alternative location:

Emily’s Garden – opposite the car park, near the grotto.
