06:00 Galway to Derry - delayed by 20 minutes.
11:45 Sligo to Derry - delayed by 1 hour.

14.35 Louisburgh to Dooagh - commencing from Westport at 15.11
16.45  Dooagh to Louisburgh  - cancelled.
18.50 Louisburgh to Westport - cancelled.

14:40 Athlone to Mullingar - will not serve the Tus East Campus stop, due to farmers protest.

Route 72
14:00 Athlone to Limerick - will not serve the Tus East Campus stop, due to farmers protest.

Route 73
09:40 Waterford to Athlone - will not serve the Tus East Campus stop, due to farmers protest.
15:00 Athlone to Waterford - will not serve the Tus East Campus stop, due to farmers protest.

Route A1 Athlone
10:00 till 16:00 - will terminate and commence at Retreat Park, due to farmers protest.

Route A2 Athlone
10:00 till 16:00 - will terminate and commence at Golden Island, due to farmers protest.


Potential disruptions to services due to farmers protest on the N6 (Athlone) on Saturday 10th January 2026 

We wish to advise customers that a major farmers protest (800-1000 tractors approx.) will take place between junctions 13 and 9 eastbound on the N6 at Athlone impacting traffic between 10:00 and 13:00 on Saturday 10th January 2026.

AGS states that one lane will be used by the protestors and the N6 will remain open to traffic, but it may have to be closed if necessary.

We ask customers planning to travel to check our website as potential disruptions to services operating around Athlone.

Passengers are advised to plan their journeys in advance and allow extra time as potential disruptions to services are expected.
