Service updates

Please note the following disruption to our services in the South East/Eastern region on Tuesday 7th of October 2025.


>>> BUDGET DAY - Tuesday 7th October 2025

Please be advised that AGS will have the following closures in place in Dublin City Centre due to Budget Day.

The following road closure will be in effect, Kildare Street, Molesworth Street, Merrion Square West & South will be closed from 23:00 Monday 6th October until 23:55 Tuesday 7th October 2025. 

There will be Garda presence at these locations.

From 23:00 Monday 06/10 until 23:55 Tuesday 07/10 the following services will operate as follows:


Diversion / alternative stops for impacted routes:

> Expressway Route 100X will terminate at George’s Quay and commence from Custom House Quay.

From Dublin to Dundalk:
•Holles St (Stop 493), Clare Street (Stop 100041), Westland Row (Stop 100111) will not be served.
– Alternative stop Custom House Quay (Stop 135271). 

From Dundalk to Dublin:
•South Townsend St (341), Westland Row Church (111761), Merrion Sq West (211521), Merrion Sq South (7387).
– Last stop served: Custom House Quay (135271).


> Route 133 

From Dublin to Wicklow:
•Will operate via Merrion Sq North/ East. From Fitzwilliam Street turn right onto Baggot St towards Pambroke Street Lwr back on route.
Merrion Street (Stop 2811) will not be served.
– Alternative stop: Fitzwilliam Place (Stop 846).

From Wicklow to Dublin:
•Will operate via Dawson Street, College Green, O’Connell Bridge, Eden Quay, Beresford Pl to Busaras.
Westland Row (Stop 100111) will not be served.
– Alternative stop: Dawson Street (Stop 135331) and Dublin Busaras (Stop 135001).


> Route 103X / 105X 

From Dublin to Duleek/Navan
Delays might be expected.

From Duleek/Navan to Dublin
Merrion Row (Stop 104611) will not be served.
– Alternative drop-off for Merrion Row: Dublin Bus Stop at Nassau Street.
Will follow Lincoln Pl to Merrion Sq North, East, and follow Fitzwilliam Pl to Belfield. 


> Route 101X, 111X and NX
Delays might be expected.

> Route NX
The following stops will not be served until further notice:

Stop 135311 – Wilton Terrace 
Stop 493, Holles Street
Stop 100111, Westland Row

Alternative stop 135031, Beresford Pl.
