We want to understand the social impact our services have. We want to know about your experience of using Bus Éireann whether it’s to get to work, school, college, appointments or simply for connecting with friends and family.

Our project is particularly focused on customer feedback and our online survey, Understanding the social impact of Bus Éireann, takes just 7 minutes to complete and will shape improvements

Survey Terms & Conditions

This survey has been prepared as part of an Economic and Social Impact Assessment of Bus Éireann (BÉ), being undertaken by KPMG on behalf of BÉ. The survey aims to collect anonymous customer insights on their use of BÉ’s services and to understand BÉ’s social contribution in communities across Ireland. The survey is hosted by Microsoft’s Dynamic 365 (D365) Customer Voice platform: Data on D365 is hosted in Europe and is processed in line with our obligations under GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The survey will be remain open until 15 February. Responses will be analysed and aggregated results incorporated into the study’s review of BÉ’s impact across Ireland. Data from the survey will be destroyed upon completion of the study and only aggregated anaylsis will be kept. Within the survey, respondents can enter an optional draw to win one of 20 Lead Cards with €25 credit. Winners names only will be shared with BÉ or Connelly Partners (BÉ’s creative agency), who will distribute prizes on BÉ’s behalf. email addresses provided will only be used for purposes of this prize draw.
