Service update - COVID-19

We wish to advise customers that we are introducing revised timetables for services across many routes until further notice. These timetables are designed to provide a public transport service across the country for those who need to travel, whilst reflecting the reduced passenger numbers on public transport and the most up-to-date advice and guidance from the health authorities in relation to physical distancing.

Revised Expressway Route 32, Letterkenny/Dublin & Route 30X30, Donegal/Dublin effective 27 March

From Friday, 27 March 2020 we will be introducing slightly revised Expressway Route 30X30 (Donegal – Dublin) and Route 32 (Letterkenny – Dublin) timetables.

Temporary closure of Ireland West Airport, Knock

We wish to advise our customers that due to the temporary closure of Ireland West Airport Knock, that our Route 440 from Athlone to Westport and Expressway Route 64 from Galway to Sligo and Derry will not serve the Airport until further notice.

Suspension of Expressway Eurolines service to/from UK effective 22 March 2020

Due to planned service cancelations with our partners in the UK, Bus Éireann regrets to inform customers that the Expressway Eurolines 871 services will be suspended next week.

Road Closure affecting Cork city Routes 214 & 219

We wish to advise customers that that due to works at the location, the Bus Stop on Togher Road (Opp Togher Church), will be temporarily relocated approximately 130 metres outbound (opposite Doughcloyne Hotel), from Friday, 5 March 2020 for approximately five weeks.

Adare Road Traffic Restrictions affecting Routes 13, 14 and 321

We wish to advise customers in Limerick that due to the Adare Sewer Extention works to commence Monday, 27 January 2020 for 12 weeks, a stop go system will be in operation at Adare, with delays expected for the duration of the works.
