Road Closure affecting Cork Route 226

Cork County Council have advised that the R600 at Coolkirky, between Fivemilebridge and Riverstick, will be closed to traffic from 8.30am to 8pm until Thursday, 22 October 2020.

As a result, Route 226, Cork/Kinsale services outbound will operate as follows:

Normal route from City Centre to Fivemilebridge, and then turn right on R613 to Ballinhassig where services will turn left to L3203, continuing ahead to Ballymartle Bridge.  At Ballymartyle Bridge, services will turn left to L3206 continuing to junction with R600 at Riverstick, turning right and normal Route thereafter.

Inbound services should operate this diversion in reverse order.
