Travel Arrangements - Irish Examiner Cork City Marathon

We wish to advise customers of alterations to the following services in Cork City between 0800 and 1900 approximately on Sunday, 3 June 2018 due to the Irish Examiner Cork City Marathon.

Northside Services

Route 202: Services will operate Cathedral Road, left onto Gerald Griffin St. and Sunvalley Drive
Route 202 to Knocknaheeny: Services will operate as per Sunday timetable and will depart from North Cathedral until approximately 10:00 and then from Merchant’s Quay for the duration of Marathon
Route 203 to Farranree: Services will operate as per Sunday timetable will depart from Merchant’s Quay for the duration of Marathon
Route 207 to Ballyvolane: Services will operate as service per Sunday timetable and will depart from Merchant’s Quay for duration of the Marathon
Route 208 to Lotabeg: Services will depart from Merchant’s Quay for duration of the Marathon
Route 205 to Kent Station: Services are cancelled for duration of Marathon (until approximately 10:00)

Southside Services

Services as per Sunday timetables, and will depart from the temporary Bus Stop at Anglesea Street (opposite Market Tavern) until South Mall reopens (at approximately 10.00). Services will then revert to South Mall for departures
Route 202 to Mahon: Services will operate via Route 215 via Douglas Road/Skehard Road to Bessboro
Route 203 to Ballyphehane/Lehenaghmore: Services will operate from Angelsea Street for the duration of the marathon.
Route 205 to C.I.T : Services will operate from Angelsea Street for the duration of the marathon.
Route 206 to Grange: Services will operate from Angelsea Street for the duration of the marathon.
Route 207 to Donnybrook: Services will operate from Angelsea Street for the duration of the marathon.
Route 208 to Bishopstown: Services will operate from Angelsea Street for the duration of the marathon.
Route 214 to C.U.H: Services will operate from Angelsea Street for the duration of the marathon.
Route 215 to Mahon Point: will operate via Douglas Road/Skehard Road to Bessboro only
Route 216 to Mount Oval: Services will operate from Angelsea Street for the duration of the marathon.
Route 223 to Monkstown/Ringaskiddy/Haulbowline: Services will operate from Angelsea Street for the duration of the marathon.
Route 220 to Carrigaline Crosshaven and Ballincollig: Services will operate from Angelsea Street for the duration of the marathon.
No.215 to Blarney/Tower: Service will depart as normal from the Bus Station, Parnell Place
No.216 to Glasheen: Service is cancelled for duration of Marathon

Services to Ballincollig/Macroom/West Cork/Killarney/Tralee: Services will depart from Bus Station via South Link Road)

Route 226 Cork Airport/Bus Station/Kent Station: No service to/from Kent Station for duration of road closures)

Black Ash Park & Ride will operate every 15 minutes between 07.00 and 19.15

All other services will depart from Bus Station, Parnell Place with possible delays
