Closure of Brian Boru Bridge, Cork City affecting Cork City Routes 205, 207, 208 & 221

Cork City Council has advised that Brian Boru Bridge will be closed to traffic from 23.30 on Tuesday, 3 February until 06.00 on Wednesday, 4 February 2015.

As a result services will operate as follows:

Routes 207/208 Inbound:  Services will operate via Summerhill North, turn left onto Lower Glanmire Road, Alfred Street, Railway Street, Penrose Quay, left onto Michael Collins Bridge, Eamonn DeValera Bridge, Albert Street, turn right onto Old Station Road, Eglinton Street, Albert Quay, Parnell Bridge, to Merchants Quay and St. Patrick Street.

Route 205 Inbound:  Services will operate as normal from Kent Station via Water Street, Horgans Quay, left onto Michael Collins Bridge, Eamonn DeValera Bridge, Albert Street, turn right onto Old Station Road, Eglinton Street, Albert Quay, Parnell Place to Merchants Quay and St. Patrick Street.

Route 221 Inbound: Services will operate as normal via Water Street, Horgan’s Quay, left onto Michael Collins Bridge, Eamonn DeValera Bridge, Albert Street, turn right onto Old Station Road, Eglinton Street, Albert Quay, Parnell Bridge to Parnell Place.
