Roadworks on the N24

Roadworks are taking place on the N24 between Tipperary Town and Cahir over the next month.

The road will be reduced to a single carriageway at different locations in the Tankerstown, Barnlough, Lacken and Ballydrehid areas from August 26th to September 8th  from 8.00am to 7.00pm each day.

The road will then close to traffic from September 9th to 22nd  from 8.00am to 7.00pm

National route traffic will be diverted via Cashel.

Local Diversions will be in operation.

As a result of the diversions Eurolines passengers via Waterford and Kilkenny may not make connection to Rosslare.

Eurolines passengers are advised that they may have to travel to Waterford on 14.30 ex Limerick instead of 16.00 to be guaranteed a boat connection.

Bus Eireann and South Tipperary County Council apologise for any inconvenience caused.
