Terms and Conditions for Ultimate Festival Package (the “Terms and Conditions”):

  1. This BÉClub competition is only open to BÉClub members, aged 18 years and over and resident in the Republic of Ireland.
  2. The promoter of this competition is: Bus Éireann-Irish Bus, Broadstone, Dublin 7 (Company Registration No 119570) (“Bus Éireann”)
  3. Employees and contractors of Bus Éireann and their respective agents, representatives and immediate family members are excluded from participating in the competition. For these purposes “immediate family members” include a spouse, partner, child, step child, grandchild, brother, step brother, sister, step sister, parent, step parent or legal guardian.
  4. Registration as a member, and successful validation of membership, of BÉClub is required in order to enter into the competition.
  5. All registrations with BÉClub which are deemed by Bus Éireann, at its sole discretion, not to be eligible, may be revoked and any rewards claimed by such registrants will be automatically forfeited and must be returned to Bus Éireann.
  6. New BÉClub members are sent a validation email to the email address provided at registration. In order to successfully validate BÉClub membership, registrants must complete the online validation process.
  7. To enter the competition, entrants must submit their answer to the test of skill question above on or before 23:59 of the 30th June 2015 (the “Closing Date”).
  8. All entries must be submitted via the BÉClub website by the registered member of the BÉClub account. The prize can only be awarded to the BÉClub member whose name is on the winning entry.
  9. Each entry will deduct 50 BÉClub points from the entrant’s BÉClub account.
  10. There is no limit to the amount of times a member may enter, provided the member has sufficient BÉClub points in their account for each entry.
  11. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be included in the competition. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the competition. Bus Éireann will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason by the Closing Date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
  12. Bus Éireann accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition, including, but not limited to, incomplete, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain entrants’ details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use. Bus Éireann does not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or at any specific time. Proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

  14. One winner will be issued:
    • €1,000 worth of Ticketmaster Vouchers
    • One Voucher to the value of €500 for Great Outdoors
  15. The prize must be taken as offered and there is no cash or other alternative to the prize. Should the selected winner be unable or unwilling to fulfill these criteria, he or she will forfeit the prize.
  16. The prize is non-transferable.
  17. The prize may change at any time without notification and is subject to availability.
  18. Any expenses incurred by the winner and their guests with regard to travel, and in the general use and/or enjoyment of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests.
  19. Bus Éireann reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter or substitute the prize with any items of equal or greater value for any reason and without notification.
  20. Bus Éireann does not take responsibility for any delays or difficulties experienced in the supply, redemption or use of this prize.
  21. In the case of any difficulties in using any of the vouchers, the winner should contact the respective voucher issuer directly.
  22. All respective voucher issuer terms and conditions apply.
  23. One winner will be chosen by random selection from all valid entries within three (3) working days of the Closing Date and will be notified directly by email or phone within three (3) days of selection.
  24. The winner will be notified via their BÉClub account phone number/email contact details, and must confirm receipt of notification within six (6) working days. Failure to confirm receipt of notification within the stated time will result in disqualification and another prizewinner being selected. Please ensure your BÉClub details are correct.   25. The winner’s full name and county may be published on various sources at the discretion of Bus Éireann. The winner may be required to supply a photograph for publication and/or take part in further reasonable promotional activities.
  26. The winner will receive their prize within 5 working days after the winner being announced.
  27. The winner’s details including first name, surname and county may be obtained by sending a signed handwritten request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to the Marketing Team, Bus Éireann, Broadstone, Dublin 7, Ireland. Bus Éireann will not enter into any other correspondence concerning the competition and its result.
  28. By entering the competition and being registered with BÉClub, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the BÉClub Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions (which, for the purposes of this competition, form part of the BÉClub Terms and Conditions) and by all decisions of Bus Éireann. Entrants’ personal data will be used in accordance with the CIE Privacy Statement at http://www.cie.ie/privacy-policy which is hereby incorporated into and forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
  29. Bus Éireann reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  30. Bus Éireann reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
  31. The competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
  32. Any disclaimer of liability by Bus Éireann under these Terms and Conditions is enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Each of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is severable and if any such provision is held by any court or other competent authority to be illegal, void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected or impaired.
